Join VA Masters as an Operations and Executive Admin VA. As our Operations and Executive Admin VA, you will manage calendars and meetings, coordinate travel, prepare professional documents, and handle confidential information with discretion. You will partner with executives to streamline administrative workflows, support client onboarding, and maintain organized digital files so the team can focus on strategic initiatives. The role is remote-friendly and requires reliable internet, strong English communication, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibility
- Coordinate busy calendars and schedule meetings for executives across multiple time zones, with reminders and follow-up tasks.
- Manage emails and communications, draft professional responses, and triage urgent requests.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and other correspondence; support data entry and digital filing.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
- Support project administration and onboarding/offboarding processes for clients and contractors.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems, contracts, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or executive admin, preferred.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliability and accountability.
- Discretion with confidential information and professional ethics.
- Experience with calendar management, travel booking, and basic expense tracking.
