Elka Asenso Outsourcing Inc is seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to support daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure high-quality service delivery across our client projects. Based in Cebu City, you will play a key role in coordinating administrative tasks, facilitating communication between local teams and our Australian operations, and maintaining organized records to enable fast, reliable service for customers. As an Operations Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of daily workflows - streamlining admin tasks, tracking project timelines, and supporting field crews with timely information. You will manage calendars, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, prepare status reports, and help manage incident or maintenance requests from initiation to completion. You will also handle data entry, invoicing support, timesheet processing, and CRM updates to ensure data accuracy across systems. Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks to support field teams and project delivery.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, service calendars, and maintenance rosters to ensure on-time execution.
  • Serve as a liaison between Cebu-based operations and our Australian clients, managers, and vendors.
  • Process documentation including invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets; ensure accuracy and timely filing.
  • Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and reporting to monitor performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and suppliers to resolve issues and gather information.
  • Support onboarding and coordination of subcontractors and service providers as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, operations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in admin or operational support; exposure to outsourcing or BPO is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
