Responsibilities and daily tasks are designed to be varied and engaging, combining client-facing support with efficient operations to keep the boutique running smoothly. You will collaborate with stylists and sales associates to ensure stock availability, accurate pricing, and timely resupply. You will uphold merchandising standards and assist with inventory control, showroom upkeep, and the coordination of fittings and alterations as needed. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibility
- Assist customers during fittings and provide courteous, personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate labeling of merchandise.
- Coordinate with stylists and sales team for seamless fittings and styling sessions.
- Manage studio upkeep, cleanliness, and organized back-of-house areas.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and maintain cash controls.
- Coordinate shipments, receiving, and delivery schedules to ensure timely stock availability.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with showroom displays.
- Document and log customer feedback and reporting to supervisors.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college enrollment is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer skills including POS systems and inventory software; familiarity with Excel is a plus.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and weekends/shift schedules as required.
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-focused mindset.
