As an Operations Executive, you will be essential in ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly, enabling colleagues to focus on delivering high-quality service to our clients.
In this role, you will be the backbone of the administrative function—coordinating calendars and meetings, managing documentation, handling data entry with precision, and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help streamline processes, improve workflows, and support compliance with company policies and standards.

Responsibility
- Coordinate daily office operations, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and logistics to support executives and teams.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, documentation, and version control of essential documents.
- Assist procurement and vendor management, including onboarding, purchase orders, and supplier communication.
- Support process improvements by contributing to standard operating procedures and internal controls.
- Assist with customer inquiries and internal stakeholder support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare routine reports, metrics, and dashboards using MS Office and collaborative tools.
- Support basic financial tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking under supervision.
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of administrative or operations support experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities; customer-service oriented.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
