Join Hankook Industrial Sales as an Operations Manager in South Caloocan, Metro Manila. As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will oversee daily activities, implement SOPs, and monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, picking accuracy, safety incident rates, and inventory accuracy. You will build and motivate a capable team, plan shifts, assign tasks, identify training needs, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and streamline processes using Lean principles and data-driven decision making. You will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies, maintaining a safe, organized, and productive working environment.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily distribution operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and efficient warehouse workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and safety incident rates; report findings to leadership.
- Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams; manage staffing, training, and performance reviews.
- Establish and enforce quality and safety standards; ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement, inventory control, and transportation partners to optimize supply chain performance.
- Drive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory control, conduct cycle counts, and manage asset utilization and loss prevention.
- Prepare and present operational reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on management style.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards; commitment to a safe, compliant workplace.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions; proficient in reporting and presentation.
- Willingness to work in Metro Manila and start promptly; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification in logistics or operations (e.g., APICS CSCP/CPIM, Six Sigma) is a plus.
