GreenLeaf AgroTech is redefining sustainable farming with data-driven decisions, smart irrigation, and resilient supply chains. We seek an experienced Operations Manager to drive execution across our farming operations, processing facilities, and distribution networks in the Central Valley region.
In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, procurement, and field operations to optimize throughput, reduce costs, and ensure quality from field to fork. This is a hands-on leadership role with strategic influence and a strong emphasis on data, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations across farms, processing facilities, and distribution hubs to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Develop and execute operational plans, schedules, and capacity analyses to optimize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Implement lean processes, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase yield.
- Oversee supplier relationships, asset management, and inventory controls to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
- Monitor safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance programs across all sites.
- Collaborate with product, R&D, and sales teams to align operations with market demand and product specifications.
- Leverage data analytics and KPIs to forecast needs, identify risks, and drive informed decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, agriculture, supply chain, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of operations leadership in agribusiness, farming, or food processing.
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of agtech, ERP, SCM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, negotiation, and change management skills.
- Experience with safety and environmental regulations; ability to lead audits and certifications.
- Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.
