We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead field operations, post-harvest facilities, and logistics across our regional network in California.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily farm operations, post-harvest processing, and logistics to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Lead capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize yield and minimize waste.
- Implement sustainable farming practices and certifications; track environmental metrics.
- Manage budgeting, cost controls, and vendor contracts; monitor KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and quality assurance to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.
- Analyze production data and field feedback to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations; lead audits and corrective actions.
- Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing operations team across multiple sites.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or equivalents are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in agribusiness operations, farm management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end farm-to-market supply chains in California or similar climates.
- Proficiency with ERP/SAP or comparable software; strong data analytics and reporting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record in budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of safety, labor, and environmental regulations; commitment to sustainable practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time and adapt to seasonal workload variations.
