  • Review, validate, and update data in core systems and databases to ensure records are complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as claims, underwriting, and customer service to resolve inquiries and support operations.
  • Perform quality checks and maintain organized documentation to support audit readiness and compliance.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues as per policy, tracking status until successful resolution.
  • Assist with routine administrative duties such as file management, scheduling support, and data cleanup to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in ongoing optimization initiatives.

Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in admin support, operations, or customer service, preferably in insurance or BPO.
