Responsibility
- Process requests and tasks arriving via multiple queues or channels with accuracy and timely handling, adhering to established SLAs.
- Review, validate, and update data in core systems and databases to ensure records are complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as claims, underwriting, and customer service to resolve inquiries and support operations.
- Perform quality checks and maintain organized documentation to support audit readiness and compliance.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues as per policy, tracking status until successful resolution.
- Assist with routine administrative duties such as file management, scheduling support, and data cleanup to maintain operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in ongoing optimization initiatives.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in admin support, operations, or customer service, preferably in insurance or BPO.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
