We are seeking an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to drive B2B sales in French-speaking markets. This contract role offers the chance to engage with international customers, qualify leads, and close opportunities that expand our global client base.
Your success in this role will hinge on your ability to prospect, build relationships, and communicate the value of Snappr's services in clear, compelling French and English. You will collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless buyer's journey from initial contact to close and onboarding.
In this position you will be responsible for generating new business, developing long term relationships, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. You will leverage multi channel outreach to connect with decision makers in target organizations, qualify opportunities, and move them through the sales funnel efficiently. A successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, results oriented environment and is comfortable working with a global team.
Responsibility
- Prospect and engage target B2B accounts in French-speaking markets using outbound channels to generate qualified opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and tailor Snappr's value proposition to client needs
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in a CRM, accurately forecasting opportunities and updating deal stages
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to craft messaging that resonates with Francophone buyers
- Lead product demonstrations and virtual tours of Snappr's photography solutions to decision makers
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close new business while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and maximize long-term client value
- Track performance against quota, analyze sales metrics, and continuously optimize outreach strategies
Qualification
- Fluent or native-level French; proficient English; excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or inside sales, ideally in SaaS or marketplace platforms
- Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and ability to manage pipeline and forecast
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with strong time management
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs and build lasting relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; knowledge of photography is a plus
- Comfort with contract/temporary roles and willingness to engage with a global client base
