Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound verification calls to healthcare organizations and prescribers in the US/UK to confirm and update reference data.
  • Validate and maintain the accuracy of healthcare provider information within internal databases.
  • Document call outcomes and data changes in compliance with company standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Comply with privacy and data security regulations throughout all verification activities.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets related to call quality and data accuracy.
  • Provide feedback on data issues and suggest process improvements where applicable.
  • Support periodic audits and participate in special projects as assigned by management.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred; high school graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or data verification role (BPO experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and basic CRM/database tools.
  • Ability to work night shifts to accommodate US/UK time zones.
