Responsibility
- Conduct outbound verification calls to healthcare organizations and prescribers in the US/UK to confirm and update reference data.
- Validate and maintain the accuracy of healthcare provider information within internal databases.
- Document call outcomes and data changes in compliance with company standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Comply with privacy and data security regulations throughout all verification activities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets related to call quality and data accuracy.
- Provide feedback on data issues and suggest process improvements where applicable.
- Support periodic audits and participate in special projects as assigned by management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred; high school graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or data verification role (BPO experience is an advantage).
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a neutral accent.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and basic CRM/database tools.
- Ability to work night shifts to accommodate US/UK time zones.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and customer-centric mindset.
