We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Outlet/Retail Officer/ Receptionist in the Beauty or Home Appliances Industry. This position offers flexibility as you can choose the outlet nearest to you and includes 14 days of Annual Leave.
Responsibility
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Handle cashier duties and manage transactions accurately
- Monitor and replenish stock levels
- Execute promotional activities to drive sales
Qualification
- Prior experience in retail or customer service roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of beauty or home appliances products is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
