Join PERSOL as a Packaging/Process Technician in the West Region. In this hands-on role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain critical packaging and processing systems to ensure product quality and production efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a range of equipment including packaging lines, dry blending, wet processing, Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) processing, evaporators, spray dryers, CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems, and powder transport infrastructure. You will collaborate with operations, quality, and maintenance teams to support a safe, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing environment.

Responsibility
- Operate and monitor packaging lines, dry blending, wet processing, UHT, evaporator, spray dryer, CIP, and powder transport systems to ensure consistent product quality.
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to GMP/HACCP guidelines to maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment setup, changeovers, and line clearance with accuracy and minimal downtime.
- Conduct routine quality checks, document results, and escalate anomalies to supervisory staff as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and respond promptly to line stoppages or equipment faults.
- Monitor raw materials, batch records, and process parameters to ensure compliance with production specifications.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying waste reductions, process optimizations, and safety enhancements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S principles and safe handling practices.
Qualification
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging environments, preferably with experience in dry blending, wet processing, UHT, or spray drying.
- Strong understanding of packaging technologies, process controls, and hygienic manufacturing practices (GMP/HACCP).
- Ability to read and follow SOPs, batch records, and process instructions with attention to detail.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and downtime minimization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork, with a proactive approach to safety and quality.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic production environment and adapt to shift schedules if applicable.
- Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to cleanroom or manufacturing floor standards.
