You will be part of a fast-paced team, ensuring finished goods are packed securely, labeled correctly, and ready for shipping. This position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork to meet daily packing targets.
What you will do
- Conduct bagging, packing, and carton packing of goods according to product specifications and packaging standards.
- Verify items against packing lists, ensuring correct SKU, quantity, and lot numbers.
- Label packages accurately and arrange them on pallets for efficient warehouse storage and transport.
- Inspect packaging for damages and report quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized packing area and adhere to safety procedures.
- Receive and handle goods with care, perform quick quality checks, and assist with cycle counts when needed.
- Assist with basic inventory control, stock rotation, and daily inbound/outbound tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and shipping deadlines.

- Ability to read simple packing lists and numbers; basic math for count verification.
- Safety-first mindset: wear required PPE; adhere to all site safety rules.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Bring your own safety shoes and vest; long black pants or jeans; NRIC (physical) for onboarding and verification.
- Basic computer or tablet familiarity is a plus for digital logs and inventory tasks.
