HMLY is hiring a part-time Packer to join our Singapore-based warehouse team in the Benoi area. This role is instrumental in ensuring accurate, timely packing and shipping of goods to meet daily order commitments. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values quality, safety, and teamwork. As a Packer, you will handle a variety of items, verify quantities, and prepare packages for dispatch while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. To succeed in this role, you will follow standard operating procedures, perform quality checks, and communicate with the team to resolve any packing issues. Please note that you are required to wear long black pants or jeans, and you must bring your own safety shoes and a safety vest for packing duties. For on-site verification, please bring a physical NRIC. The position is part-time, with shifts aligned to warehouse operations, offering you a flexible opportunity to balance work with other commitments in Singapore's logistics sector.

Responsibility
- Receive and accurately pack goods according to picking lists and shipping requirements.
- Verify item quantities, SKUs, and packaging materials to prevent errors.
- Label, seal, and prepare packages for dispatch; inspect for damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area to support efficient workflow.
- Follow safety protocols, wear PPE as required, and report hazards or incidents promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse teammates to resolve packing issues and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Assist with basic inventory activities such as cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Assist with loading and unloading tasks when needed in a safe, controlled manner.
Qualification
- Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks; physical stamina to lift light to moderate loads.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities.
- Willingness to follow standard operating procedures and safety rules; PPE including safety shoes and vest required.
- Good teamwork and communication skills; able to work collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing shift patterns.
- Must bring a physical NRIC for on-site verification; must comply with company safety policies.
