Responsibility

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid channels to meet performance targets.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing; track daily spend and ROAS; adjust budgets as needed.
  • Create, test, and optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages; perform A/B tests.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research; refine targeting to maximize relevance and conversions.
  • Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM parameters; ensure accurate data for reporting.
  • Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders; present findings succinctly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to align campaigns with overall strategy.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene; implement negative keywords and prevent irrelevant spend.

Qualification

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising on Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads.
