SixEleven is seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Case Manager to join our Davao City team. This role plays a pivotal part in moving cases forward, supporting clients, and ensuring meticulous handling of all case details. You will collaborate with experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be a primary liaison among clients, witnesses, and counsel, helping organize documents, manage case files, and maintain client privacy and confidentiality. Your efficient case management and proactive communication will help us meet deadlines and deliver timely updates.
Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, coordinating discovery, scheduling hearings, and maintaining matter calendars. You will also conduct client intake, verify information, and help prepare exhibits and trial materials.

Responsibility
- Manage and organize case files, correspondence, and client information using our case management system.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and attorneys; schedule consultations and court appearances; monitor and meet deadlines.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, discovery requests, affidavits, and client communications for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct client intake interviews; collect essential information and verify identity while maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Maintain matter calendars, track statutory deadlines, and alert attorneys to upcoming obligations.
- Assist with legal research, document production, and exhibit compilation for hearings or trials.
- Provide general administrative support, including billing notes, timekeeping, and maintaining confidential records.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of paralegal or case management experience in a legal setting; familiarity with Philippines law is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino language proficiency is a bonus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with case management or legal practice management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional ethics.
