Responsibility
- Craft espresso drinks and other beverages with precision and consistency
- Operate the espresso machine and grinders to optimal specs
- Engage with customers with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory prep
- Ensure safety and hygiene best practices in line with health regulations
Qualification
- Previous barista experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art basics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail
- Comfort with POS systems and basic cash handling
