Responsibility
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and accuracy of each order.
- Grind, dose, extract, and texture milk to create latte art-friendly drinks with balance and clarity.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, kettles, and other café equipment; perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engage with guests, and upsell signature drinks and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines; maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and rotation; communicate supply needs to the supervisor.
- Support event and pop-up setups with on-site beverage service, logistics, and tear-down.
Qualification
- 6+ months of barista experience in fast-paced environments; specialty coffee training is a plus.
- Proficient in espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain quality during busy periods.
- Flexible schedule with weekend/evening availability.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and cash handling (POS).
- Team player with reliable work ethic and strong time management.
