We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Customer Assistant to join our team at Watsons located in Jalan Al-Bakri, Ulu Kinta. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and assistance to our shoppers.
Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle stock replenishment and inventory management
- Provide product recommendations and support in decision-making
- Assist in cashier duties and transactions
Qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic knowledge of retail operations is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
