Responsibility
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones as needed.
- Screen and respond to emails; draft professional correspondence and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and meeting logistics to ensure smooth travel.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and reports; maintain organized digital and physical files.
- Support personal tasks and errands that help the executive stay focused on priorities while maintaining discretion.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and records management to ensure accurate, up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with vendors, teammates, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of tasks and information.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a personal or administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to irregular hours when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; strong calendar and email management.
