As a frontline ambassador for our collections, you will help guests discover exquisite pieces, convey the stories behind each design, and deliver a personalized shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibility
- Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service and guide guests through our jewelry collections to find perfect pieces.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs, and tailor recommendations to individual style and occasion.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle payments, returns, and exchanges with integrity.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness to create an inviting, on-brand shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product merchandising across fixtures and displays.
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualification
- Prior retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong customer-focused attitude are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work part-time with flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math, cash handling, and experience with POS systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and helping customers find meaningful pieces.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
