In this position you will be at the frontline of delivering an outstanding customer experience. Stay informed about the latest collections, promotions, and sustainability initiatives, and ensure every guest leaves with the right fit and styling advice. You will work across sales floor and fitting rooms, assist with visual merchandising, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that reflects the H&M brand and its commitment to responsible fashion.
As part of our sales team, you will:
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, identifying their needs and offering tailored fashion recommendations.
- Provide product knowledge on fabrics, fits, size guides, care instructions, and sustainable collection features.
- Assist with fitting room experiences, ensuring privacy and a positive, stylish environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle returns, and manage cash and payment methods securely.
- Upsell and cross-sell merchandise, promoting current campaigns and exclusive items.
- Maintain attractive, on-brand visual merchandising and stock replenishment on the shop floor and in back-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and deliver a seamless store experience.
- Support loss prevention and safety procedures while upholding store standards and policies.

Qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred; passion for fashion is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, can-do attitude.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic numeracy and comfort handling a POS system and cash transactions.
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to assisting customers and colleagues.
