Responsibility
- Assist customers with styling advice and selection of jewellery and accessories to enhance their shopping experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming retail environment
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with Lovisa’s brand image
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by driving add-on sales and engaging customers
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage stock, replenishment, and inventory
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting at all times
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge
- Participate in team meetings and support new product launches or store events
Qualification
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or customer service is an advantage
- Passion for fashion and accessories with a keen sense of personal style
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong team player with a proactive, reliable attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards
- Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional shopping experiences
- Fluent in English and Malay; additional language skills are a plus
