You’ll lead small groups through iconic landmarks and hidden corners, delivering engaging narratives, ensuring safety, and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibility
- Lead engaging walking tours across central London for groups of up to 12 guests.
- Present accurate historical information, anecdotes, and context tailored to diverse audiences.
- Adapt tours for families, students, and international visitors with varying interests.
- Ensure guest safety, crowd management, and compliance with local guidelines.
- Handle on-site logistics, check-in, and real-time issue resolution with professionalism.
- Collaborate with local partners to offer optional add-ons and themed routes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of routes, attractions, and city information.
- Capture guest feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of tours.
Qualification
- Fluent English with excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
- Prior tour guiding, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong public speaking presence and ability to engage diverse groups.
- Solid knowledge of London history, culture, and landmarks; willingness to research new content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods; comfortable with crowds.
- Legal right to work in the UK and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
