As a Patient Service Associate, you will help manage appointments, assist with patient check-in and check-out, process payments, and maintain precise patient records in our clinic management system. Responsibility
- Greet patients and visitors at the front desk with warmth and professionalism.
- Verify appointments and manage scheduling, ensuring accurate patient information in the clinic management system.
- Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow and timely care delivery.
- Answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries about services, and provide information on procedures and referrals.
- Assist with patient check-in/check-out, verify documents, collect co-pays, and handle basic billing inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and waiting lounge, while safeguarding patient privacy and data.
- Support administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, and documentation of patient interactions in the system.
Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent; or relevant experience in customer service or healthcare front desk roles.
- 1 year or more of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus in Singapore's multilingual environment.
- Proficiency with clinic management systems and standard office software; strong data entry accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain patient privacy (PDPA compliant).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Adaptable, empathetic, and patient-centered with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings or weekends, as required by the clinic schedule.
