PERSOL is currently seeking a Payment Collection Officer to join our team in Boon Lay, West Region. As part of our partnership with a transport board, you will play a crucial role in assisting commuters with their payment collection needs.
Responsibility
- Collect payments from commuters in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensure all payment transactions are accurately recorded and documented
- Provide excellent customer service to address any payment-related queries
- Coordinate with the transport board to resolve any payment discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized payment collection area
Qualification
- Prior experience in payment collection or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
