Responsibility
- Accurately process and administer monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with HR and accounting teams to gather and verify payroll data, including deductions, overtime, and benefits.
- Prepare payroll reports and resolve discrepancies or employee queries in a timely manner.
- Manage the procurement of goods and services, negotiating with vendors for the best pricing and terms.
- Maintain and update records of purchases, contracts, and deliveries for audit purposes.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock as needed.
- Ensure that all purchasing and payroll processes adhere to budgetary and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and optimize supply chain management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and/or purchasing, preferably in an office support environment.
- Strong understanding of the latest Philippine labor laws and procurement regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a high degree of accuracy in data management.
- Proficient in payroll and accounting software, as well as MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Discreet with handling sensitive payroll and financial information.
