Responsibility
- Developing talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
- Creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications.
- Coordinate hiring activities.
- Managing recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and resume databases.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
