Responsibility

  • Support payroll data collection and benefits administration activities as needed.
  • Prepare standard HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and documentation updates.
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as directed by the team.

Qualification

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Malay is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HRIS familiarity.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
