GMP Group is seeking an organized and proactive HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to join our Singapore based team. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your expertise in end to end recruitment, candidate experience, and people operations within a fast paced business. You will work closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies while also ensuring smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
In this TA and Ops role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer management. You will also support onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain data integrity in the HRIS, and assist with payroll, leave, and benefits coordination in collaboration with external vendors as needed. You will analyze recruitment metrics, provide market insights, and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and policies. This is a hands on role with opportunities to drive process improvements and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create evaluation criteria, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
- Manage applicant tracking system data, maintain accurate candidate records, and generate recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new-hire documentation, orientation scheduling, and benefits enrollment.
- Support HR operations such as employee records maintenance, policy administration, leave coordination, and payroll collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and company HR policies while safeguarding confidential information.
- Contribute to ad-hoc HR projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations or a closely related role.
- Solid understanding of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices; compliance-focused mindset.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS; strong data management and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage candidates and collaborate with managers at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to payroll processes and benefits administration is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
