We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join BACZ S/B and provide high level administrative support to a busy business owner and investor. This role blends proactive administration with strategic calendar management, correspondence handling, and project coordination. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will enjoy a flexible work arrangement with partial work-from-home options that balance focus time with in-person collaboration.
As the executive assistant, you will safeguard confidential information, manage complex schedules, and act as a trusted liaison with clients, partners, and investors. You will anticipate needs, organize daily operations, and ensure smooth execution of tasks that drive business efficiency and growth. Key responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document preparation, expense tracking, investor communications support, and ad hoc special projects. Your contributions will help the leadership focus on strategic priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Responsibility
- Manage the ownerβs calendar, schedule, and prioritize meetings, calls, and events; coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Screen and respond to emails and correspondence; draft professional communications and prepare briefing documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents; support budgeting and expense tracking.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Support investor relations by preparing summaries, updates, and follow-ups.
- Assist with ad hoc projects to improve operational efficiency and processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional presence in all interactions.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant; proven track record of supporting executives or business owners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in calendar management tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and reliable follow-through on tasks and projects.
