As the Personal Driver cum Family Assistant, you will provide reliable daily transportation for family members to appointments, school, and activities, ensuring punctuality and safety. You will optimize routes, manage the calendar of errands, and coordinate with household staff as needed. You will assist with light household tasks and help organize belongings for travel or daily routines, always prioritizing confidentiality and discretion.

Key responsibilities include driving, route planning, calendar management, errands, light housekeeping assistance, vehicle maintenance, and privacy protection. Qualifications include a valid Malaysian driving license, 2 3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a flexible, trustworthy attitude.
Responsibility
- Provide safe, courteous driving for family members to appointments, school runs, and activities using a clean, well maintained vehicle.
- Plan efficient routes, manage schedules, and coordinate calendar based errands with discretion.
- Assist with light household tasks including organization, packing and basic housekeeping as needed.
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, parcel collection, and post/mail duties while prioritizing safety and privacy.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine checks, coordinating servicing as required.
- Protect family privacy and handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a driver or private household assistant.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local areas in Johor and safe driving practices.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and flexible approach to schedule changes.
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay; basic proficiency in numbers and organization.
