Yee Lee Corporation Bhd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee glove plant operations in Bidor, Perak. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving strategic improvements.
Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the glove plant
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency initiatives
- Lead a team of plant staff and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in plant management within the manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems
- Experience in driving operational excellence and process improvements
