In this role, you will own the end-to-end disbursement lifecycle for policy-related payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and exceptional financial controls. You will collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and operations teams to optimize processes, mitigate risk, and deliver superior service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end policy disbursement operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the disbursement lifecycle, from claim validation to payout reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance to streamline processes and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls, including audit readiness.
- Model and monitor key performance indicators, delivering data-driven insights to executives.
- Implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to a high-performing operations team, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with external vendors and reinsurers as needed to support policy disbursements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, with a focus on disbursement, claims, or payments.
- Strong understanding of insurance regulation, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading operational teams and cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities; fluent in English (and Filipino a plus).
- Experience with ERP/financial systems and process automation tools.
