We invite applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our collaborative research team at a premier university in Cambridge, MA. What you’ll do: collaborate with principal investigators, design experiments, collect and analyze data, write manuscripts, present findings at seminars, and contribute to grant proposals.
Responsibility
- Design, conduct, and analyze experiments aligned with project goals.
- Develop robust data pipelines and statistical analyses to support findings.
- Lead manuscript preparation and contribute to grant applications.
- Mentor graduate students and participate in lab meetings and seminars.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate findings into publications.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and data integrity standards.
- Present research progress at internal and external seminars and conferences.
- Contribute to the development of open science practices and data sharing.
Qualification
- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., biology, neuroscience, psychology, computational science) or equivalent research experience.
- Strong publication record with demonstrated proficiency in experimental design and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R; experience with MATLAB or SAS is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience with grant writing, project management, and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Familiarity with open science practices, data sharing, and reproducible research.
