Responsibility
- Lead the design, execution, and optimization of comprehensive QA strategies for AI-integrated manufacturing processes.
- Develop and enforce quality control protocols to ensure product reliability and performance in line with company and industry standards.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and production teams to address quality challenges and ensure continuous process improvement.
- Analyze data, run root cause analyses, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Oversee QA audits, inspections, and compliance activities in accordance with ISO and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate on the integration of new AI technologies, advising on quality implications, testing requirements, and best practices.
- Mentor junior quality engineers and support training initiatives to elevate the QA team’s technical capabilities.
- Prepare and present quality reports, metrics, and recommendations for executive management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of quality assurance experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of AI or machine learning applications within manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Proven background in implementing ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management standards.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis, quality tools (SPC, FMEA, DOE, 8D), and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to technical problem-solving.
- Professional certifications (CQE, Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
