Responsibility
- Operate and monitor offset and digital printing presses, ensuring optimal speed and quality
- Prepare job tickets, load media, mix inks, and set up color profiles
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment
- Manage color calibration and proofing processes to meet client specifications
- Inspect printed output for defects, perform reprints when necessary
- Coordinate with prepress and finishing teams to ensure timely delivery
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized production area
- Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisor
Qualification
- 3+ years of printing experience in offset or digital environments
- Strong understanding of color management and ICC profiles
- Experience with prepress workflows, RIP software, and job Ticketing systems
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production specs
- Detail oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency
- Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and basic maintenance skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work in fast paced environment
- Safety minded and compliant with clean room/production safety practices
