You will oversee high quality offset and digital printing workflows, ensure color accuracy, plan and schedule production, and maintain machinery to keep a fast-paced studio running smoothly. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end printing workflow from prepress to finished product, ensuring on-time delivery and color fidelity.
- Set up and operate offset and digital presses, manage color calibration and quality checks.
- Prepare jobs, assign production schedules, and monitor production KPIs.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain accurate job tickets, inventory, and consumables; minimize waste and rework.
- Collaborate with designers, estimators, and quality teams to meet client specs.
- Enforce safety protocols and best-practice documentation across the shop floor.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in printing production (offset and or digital).
- Strong knowledge of color management, ICC profiles, and prepress workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, proofs, and specifications.
- Proficient with common print software and hardware, including RIP software, cutters, and finishing equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree in printing a plus.
- Strong communication and time-management skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
