Pacific Print Lab, a premier print production facility in Los Angeles, is seeking a detail-oriented Printing Operator to join our team. You will operate and maintain printing presses, manage quality checks, and contribute to on-time delivery of high-quality materials for brands and agencies.

Responsibility
- Operate and monitor offset and digital printing presses to produce color-accurate outputs that meet job specifications.
- Perform routine press maintenance, troubleshooting, and small repairs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with prepress to review proofs, adjust color settings, and ensure proper ICC profile usage.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, verify color, registration, and finishing requirements; document deviations.
- Set up and adjust substrates, inks, coatings, and finishing equipment; load consumables.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualification
- 2+ years of printing production experience (offset or digital).
- Strong color management knowledge including ICC profiles and color matching.
- Proficiency with prepress workflows, RIP software, and file preparation.
- Ability to read job tickets, specifications, and communicate issues clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and steady manual dexterity.
- Strong problem solving and teamwork skills; ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or apprenticeship is a plus.
