NovaGraphix Printing invites a results-driven Printing Production Manager to lead our Los Angeles facility. In this role, you will oversee print operations across multiple technologies, drive efficiency, ensure top-quality outputs, and collaborate with sales and prepress to deliver premier print solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee daily production across multiple printing technologies (offset, digital, and finishing) to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Plan and manage job schedules, allocate resources, and optimize workflows to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with Sales and Prepress to review proofs, validate specifications, and ensure accurate color reproduction.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, shorten cycle times, and lower production costs.
- Maintain robust color management processes, ICC profiles, and color accuracy across devices.
- Oversee preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and operator training for all production equipment.
- Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and drive data-driven decisions for the team.
- Coach and develop team members, promote a positive culture, and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualification
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a commercial print or manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Communications, Manufacturing, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of color management, prepress processes, and RIP software; experience with ICC profiles.
- Proven project management, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience applying lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to read job tickets, proofs, specifications, and to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.
- Commitment to safety, equipment maintenance programs, and quality assurance standards.
