You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of WWTP processes, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and supporting ongoing project requirements. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background in process engineering, particularly within water and wastewater domains.
Responsibility
- Design, optimize, and oversee wastewater treatment plant processes and systems to ensure compliance with local and international environmental standards.
- Manage mechanical and piping engineering aspects related to WWTP operations.
- Develop and review process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and operation phases of projects.
- Collaborate closely with project management, construction, and quality assurance teams to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct site assessments to monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to process and equipment failures.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and compliance submissions as required.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in WWTP process engineering or relevant infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and plant operations.
- Experience with equipment and piping design, installation, and commissioning.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and international environmental compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.
