We are seeking a skilled Procure to Pay Coordinator to join our team at Avensys Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
Responsibility
- Coordinate the procurement process from sourcing to payment
- Review and approve purchase orders
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Process invoices accurately and timely
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in procurement and accounts payable
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems
