What you will do

We are looking for a motivated individual to support end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier inquiries, purchase orders, and contract compliance. You will collaborate with sourcing, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records. You will also help maintain supplier onboarding processes, negotiate with vendors, and prepare procurement reports to identify savings opportunities.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including creating and tracking purchase orders, verifying pricing, and ensuring supplier compliance.
  • Maintain and optimize supplier database, update vendor information, and support onboarding and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays.
  • Process invoices, support accounts payable, and ensure accurate afferent records in the procurement system.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, controls, and documentation standards.
  • Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and cost-saving recommendations for management.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock level monitoring to prevent shortages or excess.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of procurement administration or sourcing experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; professional relationship-building with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player who can coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
