As a Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and supplier management to ensure reliable supply of quality materials for production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast needs, develop cost-optimized purchasing plans, and manage supplier relationships from selection to performance review. Your ability to negotiate favorable terms while maintaining quality and on-time delivery will directly impact operational efficiency and cost control.

Responsibility

Qualification
- Diploma or degree in supply chain, operations, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel; data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain concepts; ability to forecast and plan.
- Excellent communication, accuracy, and time management; ability to work cross-functionally.
- Understanding of local regulatory requirements and compliance in procurement.
- Fluent in English; Malay language skills beneficial.
