Responsibilities include developing category strategies, managing the full supplier lifecycle, conducting vendor evaluations, implementing sourcing events, and driving sustainability and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align procurement with budget and strategic goals. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced ERP experience, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect spend, including services, IT, facilities, and professional services.
- Develop and implement category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Manage supplier onboarding, qualification, negotiation, and contract administration.
- Institute and monitor procurement governance, policy compliance, and risk management initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and Business Stakeholders to forecast demand, budget, and align procurement activities with business goals.
- Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, total cost of ownership optimization, and market intelligence.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, conduct regular business reviews, and manage escalations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement initiatives and support continuous process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of procurement, sourcing, or supplier management experience; professional services or consulting background preferred.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools; advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; proven cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and procurement policies; risk assessment and mitigation experience.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPIM) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
