Samgyupsalamat is seeking a driven Procurement Specialist to join our growing operations in Manila. In this role you will manage the end to end procurement process to ensure we have the right quality products at the best price, while supporting our fast paced hospitality business. You will work closely with suppliers, production and store teams to align purchasing with demand and inventory goals. This is a hands on role for a results oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic team environment.
Key responsibilities include sourcing reputable suppliers, evaluating vendor capabilities, negotiating favorable terms, and issuing purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness. You will monitor supplier performance, manage contracts, and drive cost optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to forecast demand, maintain accurate procurement records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate prices, terms, and service agreements with vendors
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier reviews
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to forecast demand and align procurement with production schedules
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to optimize inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or food service
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to work in Manila and start immediately
