Aventus E-Commerce is actively seeking a meticulous Procurement Staff to join our growing team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This key role supports sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management for our fast-paced e-commerce operations, ensuring the timely availability of quality goods and services at optimal costs. In this role, you will develop relationships with trusted suppliers, issue and track purchase orders, monitor order status, and coordinate with warehousing and logistics to ensure on-time delivery. You will help manage stock levels, analyze spending patterns, and support quarterly procurement initiatives designed to reduce waste and maximize working capital. The successful candidate will adhere to internal controls and company procurement policies while seeking innovative ways to drive value across the business.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sourcing plans for required goods and services aligned with budget and forecast.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders from creation to delivery.
- Onboard and evaluate suppliers; monitor performance and quality metrics.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and lead times to achieve optimal value.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and campaigns, ensuring procurement supports demand planning.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular spend reports.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
