In this role, you will bridge product development with strategic sales initiatives to deliver market-ready electrical solutions that meet customer needs in Indonesia’s dynamic market.

As a vital link between engineering, marketing, and our sales force, you will influence product strategy, help define roadmaps, and drive go-to-market activities that convert inquiries into long-term partnerships. The position offers opportunities to collaborate with distributors, key accounts, and internal stakeholders to ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include owning product requirements, coordinating cross-functional launches, and providing technical support and training to the sales team. You will also perform market research to identify growth opportunities, monitor competitive activity, and contribute to demand generation efforts through effective positioning and messaging. Responsibility

  • Lead product development initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer needs.

  • Gather customer feedback and translate it into clear product requirements and prioritized features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to sustain competitive positioning.
  • Define product roadmaps, schedules, and success metrics; manage cross-functional project milestones.
  • Provide product training, technical demonstrations, and collateral support to the sales team.
  • Analyze post-launch performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development or sales, preferably in electrical/electronics or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and launching new products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and product management tools.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and distribution networks.
  • Fluency in English; Indonesian language proficiency is preferred.
