Join Delfi as a Product Manager and lead the full lifecycle of our digital products. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven, customer-focused leader who can translate market needs into compelling product experiences. Delfi is a growing Malaysian company delivering marketing solutions and digital products to a diverse client base.
In this role, you will own strategy, planning, development, and delivery, including the design and execution of promotional activities that support product adoption and revenue growth. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to define and execute a roadmap that balances customer value with business goals. You will continuously gather user insights, monitor product performance, and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.

What you’ll do will include stakeholder alignment, backlog prioritization, and working with the growth team on campaigns. You’ll ensure product quality and user experience across platforms, manage risk, and advocate for accessibility and inclusive design. You will mentor junior product team members when appropriate and contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and definition to launch, iteration, and sunset decisions across Delfi’s product portfolio.
- Define and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals; collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and design.
- Translate market research, user insights, and analytics into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; continuously prioritize the backlog by value and impact.
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design and execute go-to-market plans, promotional activities, and product launches that maximize adoption and revenue.
- Identify success metrics (KPIs), monitor product performance, and use data to inform iterations and feature prioritization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders; communicate status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and partners.
- Advocate for the user experience, accessibility, and high-quality design; balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business constraints.
- Operate in an Agile environment, guiding squads, and contributing to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of product management or related experience in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and prioritize features using structured frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Experience with digital promotional campaigns and go-to-market activities; customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
