Responsibility
- Provide technical support for Infor Hospitality products
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions
- Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with hospitality industry software is a plus
